When the alarm goes off and you need to use the snoozer,
OPEN YOUR EYES while you lie down and wait for the next snoozer to go off.
Closing your eyes while taking extra nap won’t help much.
If you find opening your eyes is very hard,
hold your eyelids with your fingers so that your eyes remain opened.
It is effective to sing softly while keeping your eyes open.
After the snoozer goes off (5 minutes)
You should feel fresher now.
Do a very quick Love Meditation (10 or 15 seconds to feel light in your whole body and surrounding)
you will feel recharged.
Now affirm some nice words for your day while feeling LOVE.
Say these words in various languages.
Today is a good(great) day.
Today is a happy day.
Today is an interesting day.
Today is a lucky day.
Today is a beautiful day.
